Strength

  • A full body strength and conditioning program.

    Equipment used in the workouts will include:

    Barbells, dumbbells, bench and use of cables and/or bands (I will give options)

    x3 per week.

  • $550 HKD per month

Shred

  • Full body shred program.

    Equipment used in the workouts will include:

    At least one ski, row or bike. Barbells and/or dumbbells as well as kettlebells

    x 3 sessions per week.

  • $550 HKD per month

Hybrid

  • A mixture of strength and shred to cover all your bases.

    Equipment used in the workouts will include:

    At least one bike, row or ski. Barbells and/or dumbbells, kettlebells, a bench, cables and/or bands. (I will give options)

    x 5 sessions per week.

  • $700 HKD per month
