As the owner of a gym and a strength and fitness fanatic, I am truly passionate about programming.

My clients, friends and family have often asked me what they should do when they attend a gym over the years (that isn’t mine!). I always tell them: make it fun, make it efficient and always write it down! Whether I am writing up the workouts on the chalkboard for my gym, or a holiday workout for myself, I've found this to be the best way to maintain accountability, hence the name; Bam’s Board.

I’ve combined all of my knowledge and expertise to bring you 3 programs; Strength, Shred and Hybrid. Whatever you need, I’ve got you covered!
